businesses the resources, information, and support to start and grow
businesses that are financially secure.
KBC History
The Kaysinger Business Conference
is a continuation of prior conferences, which were called "Meet
the Lenders" (1977 - 2000) and "West Central Missouri Small
Business Conference" (2001)
The name was changed to "Kaysinger
Business Conference" in 2003 to reflect a desire to target small
business in an expanded area. The expanded area consist of the
following counties: Bates, Benton, Cass, Cedar, Henry, Hickory,
Johnson, Pettis, St. Clair and Vernon.
Move to Nevada, MO
In 2006 the decision was made to move
the conference from Clinton, to Nevada, Missouri to better serve the
counties in the southern part of the region. This move also
opens the door for businesses in Bourbon, Crawford and Labette
Counties in Kansas to take advantage of the conference.
